About The Hub

We have a team of trained Travel Advisors in The Hub who will be able to assist you with all your journey needs, provide you with personalised journey advice as well as a range of resources including walking/cycling maps, public transport routes/timetables and more.

You can find us at Unit 1, Ashton Square, near the Wilkinson's store. We've had the whole unit completely refurbished and refitted to provide an attractive and informative 'one-stop-shop' for residents to access local travel information.

The Luton & Dunstable Cycling Forum

Why not sign up as a volunteer. We have a number of opportunities listed below. Either apply through Do It or pop into the Travel Choices Hub in Ashton Square Dunstable and pick up a volunteer application form.

Volunteer Opportunities

We have a number of roles available:

Hub volunteer: we are investigating ways of keeping the Hub open beyond the end of our funding in August. Could you spare at least a couple of hours a week and be interested in helping others with their travel arrangements?

Ride Leader: why not help out on some of our popular and social rides locally, run by the Luton & Dunstable Cycling Forum.

Events Volunteer: our events are great fun and it’s great fun helping out.

Media Volunteer: we’re looking for someone to help us with our website, press releases and social media feeds. This is a great opportunity to get some professional experience in this area.

National Cycle Network Ranger: there is a specific vacancy to look after a section of National Cycle Network in Leighton Buzzard. Great for someone interested in ecology and cycling

Walk leader: could you help out on one of our walks? We visit some lovely places and you get to meet a great bunch of people. We are specifically looking for people to help on our Dunstable and Green Lanes walks.

Get Ready for the New School Year

Now is a good time to get planning if you, someone in your family or someone you know are moving school or college. Pop by the Travel Choices Hub for some advice.
