Travel Choices is pleased to be involved in the 2019 Bedfordshire Walking Festival! Now in its tenth year, this year’s programme is packed full of varied and interesting walk for people of all abilities.
We have bikes of all shapes and sizes available at very reasonable prices.
To get children cycling with confidence is to provide them with a gift for life!

Staff at Priory House, Chicksands and local residents responded to the call to donate their unwanted bikes and around 90 bikes were collected on the day. The bikes have already gone to the Luton Council workshop to be refurbished ready for re-homing!
As Summer approaches, now is a good time to get serious about being more active.
Come and join us on our new Ampthill walk to improve your fitness and meet new people. The walks will start and return from Katherine's House (Grand Union Association building) , Dunstable Street, Ampthill. You’ll be welcome to stay after the walk for a cup of tea and a chat.
A huge thank you from the Travel Choices team to everyone who came along to our bike recycling event at Ampthill Library on Saturday 20 April.
The Big Pedal challenge ran for 10 days from 25 March to 5 April 2019. All schools in Central Bedfordshire were invited to sign up to the UK’s largest inter-school’s cycling, walking and scooting challenge which inspired pupils, staff and parents to choose human power for their journey to school.
During the challenge, Central Bedfordshire Schools made an amazing 55,412 journeys on foot, cycle or scooter, averting 65,664 kg of carbon dioxide.
